Portable Boombox Withoptical Audio Input Multi-functional Portable Boombox?

Multi-functional portable boombox? - portable boombox withoptical audio input

I am looking for a portable boombox that has controlled the following features: AM / FM CD/MP3 player, iPod dock (plant), wireless remote control for volume and playback. With all these features that I want, I'm not very bulky, heavy, less than $ 125, do not use a life force draining the battery (preferably with the option of a normal power cable with or without batteries). Can anyone recommend or advise what is best for my needs this unit? Thank you :-)
