I need advice on what visa I need for working for the 2009/2010 ski season in Whistler? - whistler ski accommodation

I plan a ski season in Whistler this coming season. Accommodation in Whistler and I want to work while I'm there. It is still not working there, and I'm sure I need a visa.
Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
