I am American and have long in Saudi Arabia over a year lived. I had most of what we usually find in my kitchen use. But we did not find:
yellow squash
Parmesan
Garlic, ginger paste, garlic paste
I live a few hours' drive north of Jeddah. I looked at the large retail chains such as Hyper Panda, Giant, and Star, but no luck. You might have some stores that sell ingredients Jeddah Indian food, then surely somewhere, I could at least find the garlic paste. But what about other things?
