Y doesnt it record with sound???????? - mega video cant hear sound

OK, so I have a Sony Cyber-shot digital camera (7.2 megapixels) and when I do I play a video was taken, can u hear any sound. And it says in the manual that the sound recordings.

Any help would b great:)
