Pizzelle Cookie Maker Got A Pizzelle Maker For Christmas?

Got a pizzelle maker for christmas? - pizzelle cookie maker

I can not exit right. I have never done before. when I tried ,.... Mass is paid on the sides. I also cookies. then were too thin and almost see through. Has anyone a recipe that works better, May or suggestions, why it looked so wrong?

Mario Batali Ferratella varieties

1 cup butter, softened
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
11 / 2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bottle of anise oil or 2 teaspoons pure anise extract
33 / 4 cups flour
1 / 4 c. Tea Soda
1 teaspoon baking powder tea

Combine first six ingredients. Flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Heat Pizzelle iron. Place about 1 tablespoon batter into each section of the Pizzelle Iron.

Pizzella Bake 30 to 35 seconds, or until they are brown. Makes about 6 dozen Pizzella, depending on the size of the iron.

11 / 2 cup sugar
1 cup margarine, melted, cooled
